20 Week Scan
Denise and I went for her 20 week ultrasound scan last Thursday afternoon. It was an amazing experience. There was so much detail compared to last time.
Not a lot of movement from baby this time but I suppose he/she has to sleep sometimes! It’s amazing all the things they check for in the scan, from femur length to size of the skull and cerebelum. They even check is there is any sign of a cleft lip or palate. The great news is everything looks to be fine. Denise and I are so happy at that. It is nice to be reassured that things are progressing as they should.
We found out the sex of the baby but that’s staying as a big secret between Denise and I and some of our family who’ve been told.
